Lead Stonemason / Landscaper wanted.

We are looking for a highly skilled stonemason and landscaper to step into a lead role—someone who can take full responsibility for projects on site, manage a small team, and represent the company directly with clients.
This is a role for someone who no longer needs supervision and who takes pride in doing things properly.
You may recognise yourself in this:
You have strong, hands-on experience in stonework
You are confident leading a team on site
You can run projects without oversight
You communicate well with clients and collaborators
You understand how to scope, price, and help secure work
You care about quality, proportion, and how work sits in the land
The work:
Private gardens, estates and heritage properties
Dry stone walling, terraces, steps, and natural water features
Projects built with longevity, precision and restraint
The role:
Lead projects on site from start to finish
Manage and guide a small team
Liaise directly with clients, designers and suppliers
Contribute to quoting and pitching for new work
Uphold the standards and reputation of Goudard Stonework

You take responsibility for the end result.
You have a valid driving licence and your own car/van.
Structure:
Senior role with scope to grow into a long-term position of responsibility within the company.
Very competitive salary (£45k to £50k).
Based around Guildford, Surrey.

We are looking for a keen and hardworking recently qualified landscaper to join us.
